David Abraham is a historian and Professor Emeritus of Law at the University of Miami. He has worked extensively on interwar European politics and economics and is the author of The Collapse of the Weimar Republic: Political Economy and Crisis. Immigration, Integration, and Solidarity in the Welfare State (2019).

Across several areas of historical and legal research, his work has been guided by the central European cross-disciplinary tradition of political economy and has been nominated and won publication prizes in disciplines beyond his own.
