Viviana Di Giovinazzo is a Research Fellow at the University of Milano Bicocca (Faculty of Sociology). She obtained her Ph.D. in Economics (Paris-1 La Sorbonne, France) and a Ph.D. in the History of Economic Thought (University of Macerata, Italy) with a thesis on the Hungarian-born economist Tibor Scitovksy (1910-2002). She has published in the fields of behavioral economics and the history of economic thought, and she is interested in the relationship between economics and psychology, with particular attention to the issues of consumerism and wellbeing.
