Eugenio Petrovich is a post-doctoral researcher at the University of Siena, Department of Economics and Statistics. He obtained his Ph.D. in Philosophy at the University of Milan. His main research areas include scientometrics, philosophy of science, and computational history of philosophy. He is interested in the philosophical foundations of citations analysis and in the epistemological aspects of quantitative studies of science.
