I’m a heterodox political economists currently working as a Lecturer (Assistant Professor) in International Development at . My research is broadly centered on the role of finance in development, structural explanations for global inequalities, the political economy of development, and critically assessing the economics field.

I’m also founding editor of the blog , I’m a founding steering group member of (D-Econ), I coordinate the , I’m on the Council of the , among other things.
