Richard A. Rosen

Richard Rosen received his Ph.D.in theoretical physics from Columbia University in 1974 and was a founder and Senior Fellow of the Tellus °ËØÔ±¬ÁÏ (Boston) from 1978 until his retirement in 2016. He has specialized in critiquing the economics of energy system planning methodologies for over 40 years, and has focused on the specific problems with integrated assessment models used to support IPCC climate change mitigation studies for the last 10 years.
